Retreat in the Himalayas

Trip Overview

Crowned by the majestic Himalayas, Nepal is one of the world’s extraordinary countries: a geographical wonder and ethnological crossroads with vibrant culture, rich history and unparalleled natural beauty.

‘Retreat in the Himalayas’ is a relaxed journey of tranquility and transformation where you get out into beautiful places, connect with nature and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit.

This carefully crafted trip is a unique blends of natural, cultural, spiritual & jungle experiences. After exploration of Kathmandu, take a scenic flight to the enchanting city of Pokhara situated at the lap of the Himalayas. Then, head towards flat and fertile land of southern Nepal to explore the birth place of Buddha and diverse Chitwan National Park.

Why Retreat in Nepal?

Home to ten of the world’s 14 highest mountains, Nepal offers a magnificent setting for retreat.
The natural beauty with forested hiking trails, rivers and streams, green lush valleys and hillside villages on the lap of the Himalayas offers self-nurture and deep relaxation in mind, body and spirit. The connections with nature and its beauty generate strong life force energy spontaneously.
The ancient and sacred World Heritage Sites of Kathmandu are so alive with spiritual vibration.
The diverse national park of Chitwan encompasses lowland tropical jungle and grassland and shelters a rich variety of wildlife. It is also home to the local tribal Tharu people who live in their traditional mud houses and live simple and natural life.
Nepalese people are well known for their kindness, friendliness and hospitality. Their ability to stay calm in hard times and worry-free and jolly nature is motivational for all.

“Nepal stands out as one of the most memorable and transformative trips of my lifetime."
