Highlights of the Himalayas

Trip Overview

Crowned by the majestic Himalayas, Nepal is one of the world’s extraordinary countries: a geographical wonder and ethnological crossroads with vibrant culture, rich history and unparalleled natural beauty.

A carefully crafted trip to experience the unique Himalayan culture and traditions along with a pleasant trekking at the foothills of the Himalayas. The trek is in the most beautiful Annapurna region of Nepal - the land of cultural, ethnic and geographical diversity. Here you will hike for 3 days through forest, mountain ridge and picturesque villages, staying at local mountain lodges, mixing with the people and their unique way of life and enjoying the breathtaking scenery of the Himalayas. The trip is combined with World Heritage sites of Kathmandu, colorful Lake City Pokhara and fascinating Chitwan National Park. Overall, the trip is a unique blends of cultural, natural and jungle safari experiences.

About the trek: The trek is moderate and does not require any previous hiking experience. It only requires to hike for a few hours a day on moderate pace with several breaks. Your duffle bag will be carried by a porter. You have to carry only a light daypack with a water bottle, camera etc.
Though luxury accommodations are not available on trek, but our selected accommodations are comfortable with attached bathrooms and provide better services. Foods are fresh but simple such as rice, fresh vegetables, lentils, chicken, dumpling, bread, butter, cheese, eggs, soups, cereals, tea, coffee etc.
